Customer Service Policy
Our purpose is to achieve 100% client satisfaction. We value your patronage and want to ensure your online shopping experience with us is convenient and hassle-free. Due to supply limitations, there may be occasions when a product is unavailable. We will endeavor to replace that product with another of similar quality and value. Some of our cheese such as fresh cream based cheese cannot be shipped as they ferment and do not maintain temperature. It cannot be guaranteed they will arrive in a satisfactory condition. These and other similar cheeses can only be bought in store.

All goods will be freighted with Fastway, who have been delivering perishable goods for 23 years, and in most cases it will be next day delivery, but please allow for 2 to 3 days from placing an order. All goods will be packed in a polystyrene reusable esky with a reusable freezer pack. All goods will have to be signed for and delivered during business hours. (so please give us a daytime address). Fastway can not deliver to PO Boxes and will not leave at an unattended addresses. If possible please leave us a contact telephone number for the courier driver, so he can find you. We want our goods to arrive in great shape to you, our customer.
Orders are shipped on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only.
Due to the nature of perishable goods, deliveries will only be made within Australia to areas that can be delivered to within 2 business days. We do not ship internationally.
