Grand Pont-L'Eveque


A lightly washed-rind brie from the AOC of Normandie. The pate is creamy yellow with a smooth and ever so fine texture. The rind of this cheese starts to grow sticky and changes in colour to a slight red when it ripens. The general affinage of Pont-L'Eveque is six weeks. There is a tradition in Normandie of enjoying this popular brie with Viognier.
